The event is designed for all fitness levels, with every movement scalable so participants can take part at their own pace. The format includes: 500m run 50 push-ups 500m run 100 sit-ups or crunches 500m run 100m walking lunges 500m run 100m burpee broad jumps 500m run 100 air squats 500m run to finish The total running distance is 3km, with bodyweight exercises completed between each 500m run. Participants can walk, jog, run, scale movements, or reduce repetitions as needed. The goal is to create a welcoming, outdoor community event that encourages fitness, connection, resilience, and personal challenge. All participants must register before attending via the park500 website.
