Listings appear in the directory automatically before any business signs up, sourced from official Australian registers and verified each month. Any business can claim their listing for free; paid tiers above add the website link, editable content, and amplification.
Only one Featured Plus listing can hold the top of any council area for any category at a time. When you sign up, the slot in your area is yours until you give it up. If the slot is already taken in your area, we will tell you at checkout rather than charge you for a tier you cannot win.
Featured (the tier below) has no exclusivity cap; multiple Featured listings can coexist in the same council area and compete on the same sticky band.
