Scott is an experienced outdoor educator, bushwalking guide and bushcraft instructor with more than 25 years of experience leading people in wild places. His passion lies in helping others build confidence, resilience and a deeper connection with nature through practical, hands-on learning. Stephanie Watts is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, as well as an accomplished adventurer with a deep passion for natural health, wild foods and connecting people with the environment. Steph brings a unique understanding of the relationship between plants, nutrition and wellbeing, sharing her knowledge of the natural world through engaging and practical experiences.
