Footprints is a trusted not-for-profit organisation with a proud history of more than 35 years of working alongside people and communities. Footprints will give an overview of their services, with a specific focus on their Medicare Mental Health Centres. These centres provide free and confidential support to anyone experiencing a challenge with their mental health and wellbeing. Rural Lifestyle Options Australia (RLOA) is a Redlands based community service provider. RLOA will be discussing My Aged Care and providing guidance on navigating Aged Care Support as well as their delivery of services under the Support at Home program.
