Independent Living Centre Victoria provides independent assessment, advice, and supply of assistive technology and mobility equipment. The Footscray showroom in Melbourne's west has display models of wheelchairs, walking aids, bathroom equipment, lifting devices, and home-modification products.
Funded paths supported include NDIS, Home Care Packages (HCP), DVA, and private. An occupational therapist assessment helps match the right equipment to the user's needs, environment, and funding source.
Operates Australia-wide via the ILC Australia network (originally one organisation per state; now federated). Home delivery and installation available.
