Berrigan Men's Shed Inc

We are an active men's Shed that has been going since May 2010. Our membership hovers around 40 to 43 members. Membership is $25 for the first year (July to June) and then $20 per year. We also ask for a gold coin each time members attend to cover costs of morning tea.
On the third Thursday of the month we have a monthly meeting followed by a BBQ lunch for $5 per member.
Our Shed is in an old Department store building marked as 'The Big Store' that is over 100 years old and is shared with a local business. Inside we have a display case that is one of the original display cases when the building was first opened. We have a collection of old tools in the cabinet.

We are located in the main street adjacent to the 'Claytons' pedestrian crossing (The pedestrian crossing you have when you don't have a pedestrian crossing) opposite the Butchers.

Activities:
Manufacturing above ground corrugated iron garden beds.

Vegetable gardening

Restoring old furniture for residents

Repairing old furniture for residents and for sale

Sale of recycled furniture

Putting together flat pack items

Playing pool (excellent half size table)

Playing crib

Chewing the 'fat' over a cuppa

Anything else that members come up with
