Our objective is to provide a venue with facilities that promote social interaction amongst older people through a range of activities that build friendship and camaraderie and to improve the health and wellbeing of older people by encouraging them to by physically and mentally active.
Activities include Charitable projects, men's health activities & outings, member coffee meeting each Wednesday morning.
