About Capricorn Coast Men's Shed @ Carv
The shed is located within the boundaries of the Capricorn Adventist Retirement Village (CARV) and was initially a function of village management.
However, we have become an incorporated body and now manage our own destiny. We have 23 members, from the retirement village as well as the Yeppoon community. Health and comradeship are our priorities. The high care facility of our village often task us to make items of enjoyment for the infirm (chicken coop is one example.
Activities include woodwork manufacture, repair and restore furniture, social activities.
