About Cessnock Men's Shed and Garden Inc
One of the first Sheds in the Hunter Valley, opened in 2008. Membership over 100, activities carried out on a 1 acre property, very casual and friendly environment. P.O. Box 548 Cessnock NSW 2325. To access the shed drive through the gates of the Calvary Cessnock Retirement Village and follow the signs to the shed that is located next to the horse exercise area and the Cessnock Cemetery.
Activities include Mental health support, relieving social isolation, open membership, woodworking, metal working, recycling, shedders garden, horticultural activities. BBQ area, bus trips and visiting speakers, bee hives, an informal 'coffee club', lots of laughter and much more.
