Katherine Community Men's Shed

The Katherine Mens shed aims to provide the local community a place where older experienced people can socialise and pursue hobbies, whilst contributing back to the community through coordinated projects, and the mentoring of younger members.
A large focus of the Shed is mental and physical health of men, achieved through health education and providing a sense of purpose and inclusion within the group, vitally important in this remote area of Australia.

Activities include Woodturning, Woodwork, Metalwork, Furniture/Mechanical/Bicycle Repairs.
