About community and activity groups

Community and activity groups bring people together for friendship, learning, exercise, and shared interests, which supports wellbeing and helps reduce isolation. They are usually run by volunteers and welcome newcomers, often at little or no cost. Activities and meeting times vary, so it is worth contacting the group directly.
