Men's Sheds
The Pooraka Farm Men's Shed at 39 Scott St, Pooraka (at the back of the Scott St, Memorial Hall) is now a very busy place! The men have been building items for community groups and schools and working on their own special woodworking or metal working projects, currently getting together on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 1pm. Men who are interested in attending/ participating, or who have skills that they would like to share/teach are invited to contact the PFCC Office. There is a one time $30 fee to get you started with safety equipment, etc., and you must attend a safety induction.
At the moment there is a waiting list to join the Men’s Shed. Please talk to us about putting your name on the list and we will inform you when there is a space available. Thank you!
Activities include woodworking, carpentry, small electrical projects, and minor repairs.
Phone and website are the direct paths. To send a written enquiry, use the form below; we will forward it to Pooraka Farm Men's Shed immediately.
