Oxley Men's Shed Inc

Our shed meets under the St John’s Oxley Anglican Church Hall and has been in operation for over fourteen years. Part of our tenure is keeping the lawn and grounds of the church in a neat condition.

The shed carries out a large amount of community work at no charge except for materials used. We cater for all ages of men and abilities but insist that in the case of a disabled member, a carer is necessary to be present.

The shed members have a wide variety of careers that can be used by the shed and members in general.

Activities include woodwork, metalwork, Writers Group, Drawing Group, Card Players Group, regular group outings to interesting historical, cultural and natural sites, social meetings with guest speakers, participation in community events.
