U3A Brisbane

U3A Brisbane is one of Australia's largest U3A chapters, with several thousand active members and ~400 courses running across each semester. The main venue is in central Brisbane with satellite venues across the greater Brisbane area.

Courses span languages, history, sciences, music, fitness, art, current affairs, and lifelong-learning topics. Most run weekday daytimes, in-person. A growing number of courses are offered online or hybrid, opening access for members with mobility limitations.

Membership is annual ($50-100 range) and includes access to all courses subject to capacity. New members welcome year-round; some popular courses run waitlists.
