About Wyndham
We formed on the 25th October 2012 when the Wyndham Rural Fire Brigade gained a new Fire shed and we applied to the local council to convert the old Fire Shed, which was then unused, to a men's shed which was successful.
Small active group of 4 to 6 Men present when open.
Work on either small projects for sale @ Wyndham Markets to help assist fund Wyndham’s Men’s Shed or individual projects.
Activities:
1) Mostly woodwork making things for sale at the local market or from the shed. Also projects on request by locals: custom made cupboard etc.
2) Some repairs to locals machines: mowers, chainsaws, pumps etc.
3) Some welding when making steel-framed outdoor furniture for sale.
4) Occasional repair work for local Progress Association, Church, Pub
